Better a full bottle in front of me

    G'day Hans

Dunno about the sun - but you've certainly got a cracker of a pano here
Maybe if a bit of separation of the landscape to the clouds can be managed, it will be a real corker !!

I must be getting old Hans, it looks really dark to me. When I brightened it up it looked amazing!

Is your monitor an IPS panel or standard LED?

That monitor is excellent Hans and it's callibrated out of the box. I have an ASUS equivelent so we should be seeing much the same. In my experience, prints always come out a bit darker because you see the photo on an illuminated screen, which can't be reproduced in print.

Thanks Phil. I Can almost hear religeous music. It does remind me of an old master painting when they got into the light detail.
