Flying back to William Creek. Anna creek biggest catle station in Australia.

    G'day Hans

Always beaut to see pics from the air when otherwise we're stuck on the ground ~ and some beaut images in this group + plenty of memories for you too

ps- Anna cattle station is over 20,000 sq kilometres in area - about 1/3rd the area of Tasmania

I agree with Phil on this series Hans. Lovely memories to treasure. Wonderful photos with lots of variety. #3 is a standout for me. Colours are brilliant and I love the POV with the sun behind the prop. Not a big deal but I'd like to see the plane a bit brighter. Great shots.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

The very best image I didn't get because it would have caught the prop in it was the sunup being reflected in Lake Eyre. I should have asked the pilot to make a slight turn as it was a prize winner. The pilot said that was the best he had seen it. A great sunup and a reflection of it which needs water.

The one that got away! Happens a bit to everyone I guess. Just yesterday I had a huge flock of Black Cockatoos fly over at the lake and when I went to shoot, the battery just died!! I've never seen so many in a group, it was amazing. Another thing to check before I walk the dog

All good Hans, but I like the colours and textures in #7 and #8 in particular.

Sure are a lot of colours in landscapes. I think I liked the painted desert even more than these the painted hills. In the next lot probably
