Silo Art - stories painted on grain silos across Oz

G'day all

Across Australia, artists are being invited to paint murals across these "concrete canvases" ~ most are 30metres high x whatever width the silo happens to be. This one is south of the town of Biloela in Queensland

That is a great piece of artwork Phil, very interesting colours that you don't usually see on silo art. I know that you prefer to get your image as close to finished as you can "in camera", but if it was me I would edit out the van and power lines. Having said that these silo's are not always in the easiest of locations to photograph.

Thx for your thoughts re- tidying it up a bit
Maybe if there was not so much other metal-work stuff around I might tidy it up a bit ~ but it's a happy-snap more than anything, so ............ !

These artists a very talented and pretty unique Phil and they certainly brighten up the neighbourhood. Those colours are great. TFS.
