  • The sorghum crop

    G'day all

    With some early morning sun falling onto this sorghum crop even while the morning mist is still floating by

    Those colours are fabulous Phil and the image is 1st class for framing, POV and detail. Lovely presentation too. Sorghum has so many health benefits (my doctor informed me) and is hardley mentioned in our western world. 17 of the 25 species are native to Australia. It's also used to make Ethanol e10 fuel and grain feed for animals! It's marvelous for us oldies who might have diabetes and great for getting fibre into the diet - many diversified uses AND it looks fantastic, It would look amazing mixed in with a huge canola crop.

      17 of 25 ........ golly - the things one finds out about -&- yes I like the image for its vibrant dawn colours, as well as the POV ~ rows running off into the distance

    Beautiful Phil, great light and colour. The combination of horizontal layers of sky, orange seed heads and green plants with the converging rows works really well.
