That's not fog . We get such thick fog down here that you don't even cast a shadow and it doesn't leave 'till 11am some mornings.

I like the first one better, just prefer the direction of those shadows more.

HaHa. When I lived in Manjimup, we had real fog, mist frost and ice! Sometimes we had to hose off the car because it was covered in ice. Ah the good old days! We don't get fog (or mist) like that her, so this is all I could get for now. I agree about #1 with the shadows and I think including the sun wasn't a bad idea too. Thanks for commenting.

    G'day mate

Fog - nup - that's nuthin like fog .... bitta lite mist

However, maybe if you'd been up an hour earlier you might have seen more mist before the sun started to burn it off
Pics wise - shadows & sun sparkles in #1 show up better

Thank you Phil. I have no reason whatsoever to get up that early - unless mother nature beckons me to the little room - and won't be contemplating that thought from this point forward. I'll leave the early rising to my eastern counterparts who have 2 hours of extra sunlight in the mornings. My dad used to tell me that he took his girlfriend up to Kings Park in the fog and mist.

Both really nice shots Isac. I like the shadows leading to the trees in #1. I also like the light on the trees in middle distance in #2 and I think a crop to the base of the nearest trees would make this more prominent.

This is what a bit foggy really looks like. Two cyclists with the closest one being less than 5 metres from the camera.
