  • Old fence with timber posts

    G'day all

I was quite taken with this old fence ... been there for years, seen floods - famines - fires and droughts ... and yet it still is there doing its job

I like this Phil. The golden light and haze is great.

Sometimes, the most simple of things form the basis for great images - as in this case Phil. It's just lovely to look at and take in all the little details of each object as the eyes wander around the scene.

        Thanks fellas
Yep- and I look at this pic and see all of the beauty of the old posts and the tangle of weeds and crap alongside ... but together it all makes the image 'better' somehow
