  • Quiet morning sunrise

    G'day all

With the sunrise now around 7am - rather than mid-summer's 5am - I am seeing more and more as I partake my pre-brekky walk. Here's one from a day or so back

    As always, feedback welcome

That's just wonderful Phil. Being on the East coast does present you with some stunning moments. Still too early for me though. The framing of the pine tree speaks volumes for your skills as a photographer. A+ for the colours.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

        Thanks fellas

There was a small amount of mist still around, as can be seen overall in the 'clarity' of the sky - but lifting quickly as the sun burned off the moisture
As to sunrises 'over in the west' ... I am sure that you have the chance to find simething / somewhere and make it happen, as well as good sunsets

We do have great sunrises here Phil but now that would mean getting out there early which I no longer do. I remember this #1 when I used to work in Mundaring and started at 7am. I took this with my small Olympus digital camera placed on the roof of my car as a steadier. When opening the image on my PC I was surprised that roof looked like a water reflection. I thought I would transfer that idea to the image to produce #2
