Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

Thanks Alan putting them in again. Trying to remember which they were I don't think they are in the same order .

    Hi Hans,

Another good set. I particularly like the following:

#2 I like the positioning of the boat, the muted colours and the pattern of light on the water.. I think it would benefit from a bit of pp, include a slight boost in contrast.

#3 has good colours and an interesting design on the building.

#5 I like the composition here with the tree on the left and the bright colour of the shed on the right. I think a crop from the bottom might strengthen the composition by making the tree on the left a little more prominent

Interesting I boosted contrast in the conversion from raw and also with an overlay blend of 50% It bought out a lot of blue. In case you are interested the rego number looks like AIY137N

All good pics Hans. Showing a good variety of what you saw on your journey. Clever "Arts" artwork on #3. This is just me, but I'm a stickler for positive and negative space when framing a subject. In #2, with the yacht being the subject, the negative space is much larger than the positive space which looks unbalanced. That's all, you can tell me to BO of you want

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

You tend to have a reason for thaking a photograph. In this case it was the greyness of the day and the reflection. The boat was just a bit extra, Different people see different things and the same person will see it different at another time. I can live with that.

I can accept all of that Hans. I love that we are all different. I do like the crop and may I say you've nailed the Pos/Neg thing
