  • Mooring rope and detritus

    G'day all

From a boat's mooring rope, bits of weed 'just hanging around'

    As always, feedback welcome

I really like that image Phil, it has a really calming effect.
Just wondering what it would look like as a square crop including the rope in the reflection.

To answer that, I'll have to go back again and try again
My 'trouble' is that I shoot to 'as close to final as I can' when out in the field - with only minimalist editing once back at base

Don't stress it Phil, I was just thinking "wot if". In the past I used to zoom in as close as I could, but I now give myself a bit of room around the subject for just this type of situation. It gives you a few more options for creativity

Lovely image Phil. Well spotted and executed. Nice and sharp and the colours are very good too. Would have loved to see the rope in the reflection.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
