How a sundown can quickly change

G'day all

How a stark sundown sometimes becomes a wonderful sunset

1) late in the day, storm clouds in the area with the possibility of some rains

2) just for a few minutes at sunset, I was rewarded with beautiful colours

That's quite a difference Phil. Great colours in the second. The best sunsets are usually just after the sun has set or is behind clouds.

Great work Phil. Our sunsets have some fabulous colours and these are no exception. Nice and sharp on the trees. Major difference in the shutter speeds!

How can you go wrong with a sunset. It is important to have a good lot of clouds to provide some contrast. I can hear my brother say not another sunset. Never tire from them.
