Microsoft ICE (Image Composite Editor) that is I hasten to add.
18 vertical landscape images at 35mm stitched. Taken using a tripod.
At the time I took this in early 2009 as an experiment in stitching software nothing else available on the market would handle the scene. Every other stitching program I tried simply crashed.
If you look carefully at the top in the full size image there are some mistakes and some disjointed small branches but basically you need magnifying glass to see so they are not worth worrying about. They could also have been caused by slight movement in those branches anyway.
Today I find that PS and LR do a more than adequate job for my stitching needs Adobe really have caught up in that respect but if I were still using Windows ICE would definitely be installed.
