Yep - a lick of paint ~ a week long working bee around the garden ~ maybe a new garage ~ and yep - ya ready to go, but whereto is anyone's guess

The busy bee is all done Phil. Fully restored. One of "The Block" auction clients is very interested, so in the meantime, we are going to use it for Covid isolation quarters.

Just havin' fun mate. Fence still needs a bit of work but it's 40 here today, so alternating between Air-Con and Pool.

I like the picture but get a bit sad. I don't think the hopes and asperations of the tennants were probably met.
I was wondering where my contribution was? Never made it Have not been to pool yet about23 today.
