Trees are amazing things give them a crack in a rock and they take root. The panorama was 6 shots stitched taken from a Surveyors plinth about 30 meters up the face of the bluff, inline with the dam wall...Its an interesting place and has a nick name of one of the Batteries...The more water in the dams the more power Hydro Tas can generate...

G'day Pete
A beaut collection - we are visually blessed with wonderful scenery Downunder
I don't recall this location from any of my previous trips to the South Island - I'll have to put it on the list for 'sometime'

It took a team of 4x4 enthusiasts 4 days to travel a little more that 40 kms between Zeehan and Montezuma Falls on a an established Track......They made a video called 4 nights sleeping in the mud. :O

Lovely shots Pete. The stitch worked out well. Do you take the shots on a tripod? I have a PANASAURUS REX which makes it easy for panos.
