  • A few with the Canon 10-18mm Ultra Wide

Morning walk with the dog to give the 10-18 a workout. I like the lens and it's nice a small, light and reasonably sharp. It's giving slightly better results on the 7Dii than on the 7D.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

A nice set of images Isac. Do you (need to) do any sort of lens correction when you use the lens at the 10mm end? These sort of images show little distortion but when you get up close to intersecting lines things can get a bit weird, at least that is my experience with my 8-16 Siggy.

There seems to be very little distortion. I'll do a few test shots and see what it produces.

It is a good lens. Must see how it performs on the R. Nice to see you have water. I am looking at 2 out of 3 dry dams from here
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

We get it here too Hans and it will all turn around in due course, I'm sure. Our lake was bone dry a few months ago and now it's full.
This is interesting with the EOS R https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XEX4yq3z8A

That was a big drop. I'd go in and tell them you're "NOT HAPPY JAN!!". If you're a regular customer they will offer you some sort of compensation. If not, return it and buy elsewhere. You can tell them that it didn't do what you expected so you need a refund!

Called them today,Black Friday sale, they gave me $170 credit on my next purchase, that`ll ease the pain of the 6D or 70-200mm.
