    Same same..................

Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

They are all beautiful shots Hans. I love the atmosphere and all of those different layers. Looks like it could have been a great panorama opportunity.

All nice images Hans. 1 for me. I like the leading lines created by the road. Normally not a fan of tar roads in images so well done.

Thanks gents. As for the panorama . You made me go and have a look to see how to set the three settings to manual. I had just been using Av or Tv.

Yeah, you have to use manual mode to get the light consistent for all the shots. Easy to do, just shoot an AUTO shot and then use the settings in manual as a starting point. Try a few vertical panos as well. Easy to stitch with FREE Microsoft I.C.E (Image Composite Editor) HERE.

I keep not seeing replies and having to do them again. I did say that the camera is very different and I have just selected Av or Tv priority but there are a number of programmable buttons knowing which and when is what I will have to work out. The front ring has been set to allow aperture modification to override the metered setting this allowed the layers in the shots above. You can see the effect in the viewfinder. Neat. As for the ICE app from ms, I worry about ms programs they seem to be removed and you are supposed to use an upgrade which sometimes is a pita.I think that covers what I wrote before. OK I also mentione that I used photoshop to stich a few images together with a good result.

All appreciated Hans. I'm not sure I understand your first comment "I keep not seeing replies and having to do them again". I'm sure will work out all the new goodies on your camera, but it all takes time. I don't have any problem with ICE. It's a brilliant program that's really easy to use. Be brave and give it a go

I do a reply and next time I look I see I have probably hit return instead of POST There it was gone! I have used ICE and it was very good. For a few years I have been making a slide show of my trips set mostly to the local music. I was shown this by someone employed by MicroSoft on a cruise. That free program is no longer and it gets removed I think, as it keeps disappearing.

I'm running ICE quite a bit and it doesn't disappear, that's really odd. Is it still installed on you PC?
I make heaps of slide shows with music and fancy transitions, all in Windows MOVIE-MAKER, it's brilliant for a freebie.

ISAC - Bet you are using the old version not this one. I hate upgrades.

Essentials 2012 and it still works great! I don't recall seeing the one you are showing.
