The colours in #1 are splendid Hans - minimalist and so calming. Well done. #2 ... mmmm .... not sure. Maybe explaining what drew you to the shot may enlighten me a little and also what you meant by the title

I was busy culling raw images as I don't really require nearly seven thousand of them for 2018.The second picture I think was predawn and I like it better than the first. It was taken very close to the same place as we didn't travel at night because of low water levels in the river. The mist lessens as the sun warms the place up. Not that it gets cold there.
