As to pics - it all depends upon the time of day when you / we arrive / pass by / etc. as to the results we get

Lovely colours and great detail in both Todd. As Aussies we live by the rule of "Rules are meant to be broken" so. in my opinion. middle of the day shots sometimes can look really fabulous, depending on the terrain - and this is a perfect example. No crappy shadows to spoil the look, beautiful rich blue sky and with natures own light source, there's no need for extra artificial lighting! I think it's the best time of day to take wonderful photos like theseI Shoot A Canon
