    Beautiful phot(1)o but finding the foreground a bit distracting.
    Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

      Thanks for your thoughts Hans, the foreground was included to give the shot depth. I have other shots without the foreground and they look a bit flat in comparison.

      Yes didn't mean for it to be removed. Found it a bit overpowering/prominant thereby reducing the magnificence of the scene.

    Good work Greg, lovely POV and nice textures throughout the scene. Love the distant mountains. Give or take the stump.

      Thanks Isac. There are some I know on photo forums who would treat the 'stump' as the subject and not see the mountains in the background! (Which includes Mt. Ossa Tassie's highest)
      I just see it as an added attraction and a way to give the scene an added dimension.
