One of my favourite places to do long exposure photography, Tenby Point on Westernport Bay.

#6 f3.5 3604 seconds (1 hour) ISO 100 I thought the battery was going to go flat, it took another hour to write to the card. Taken at 6:48PM 28/08/2013. Probably not dark enough for such a long exposure.

Those are very interesting rocks in #1. Do the colours indicate mineralisation or something else?
#6 is my favourite despite my dislike for having sea water look like milk (it's just me). In this case the tones still give it that soft marine feel.

I'm not a "rockologist", so I can't answer that question with any authority. There is a lot of kelp and seaweed on the rocks in the area so that may be adding to the colour.
