Deua River

Went for a drive up the Deua River today to check out the campgrounds and have lunch at the Araluen Hotel.

It was 34 degrees, so we were really hanging out for a few shandies, unfortunately the 'pup' was closed due to a power outage, so we had to turn around and drive back down the twisty dirt road for another hour to have a late lunch

That's not good almost as bad as a "PUB WITH NO BEER"

Great part of the world out there. Had a few beers in the past at that pub. That river flows into Bendethra Valley too which is a stunning spot. 4wd only though.
Venture out to Shoalhaven River out around Stewarts Crossing? One of my favourite camps out there.
