The water could have been a slightly lighter shade of blue, the clouds could have arranged themselves better and the whales could have been closer to shore - and not a bird to be seen.

I like it, looks like a great dive spot! Apparently having the horizon near the center is not a good thing but it's ok by me.

I was thinking the same thing - I might have to invest in a mask and fins this Summer.

I don't know how one could put the horizon anywhere else really in this one? - rules are made to be broken occasionally anyway

Amazing panorama .... Alan Love the composition and colours.
The edges of the horizon are 'altered' so it doesn't feel like a 'cut in half' shot. Perhaps next time there will be kangaroos on the foreshore and a few dolphins surfing a wave .

A really beaut pano & one that could grace any loungeroom wall with pride
I 'm comfortable with the horizon in the middle here as the strong clouds nicely balance the trees etc in the foreground

Excellent image Alan. I have no problem with the horizon in the centre. Everything really pops, having strong colours without being overdone.
