Could be an illusion, but the level of the water in the foreground don't match the implied horizon set by the mist. To me it looks as if the foreground (below the cloud) should be rotated a couple of degrees clockwise. Otherwise a nice idea.. perhaps a splash of contrasting colour in or around the water lower left like a boat/shack or something?

Thanks Greg
Looks like my comment didn't go. It is a composit of three pictures the center part being the left hand hill plus the water and the mist is one picture. The right hand side hill another. The mountains came from a fair bit further south. I may have to rotate the layer with the lh side on it a fraction.

Birds... but I always say birds.

Sorry Hans, but I think the green grass and lighthouse look out of place here. I like the first version better, but it needs the bird, about where the top of the lighthouse is in the 2nd one.Cheers, Brad.

The lighthouse was in Wollongong Aus whilst the mountains are in NW USA The bird is from Russia and the pine covered hills in Alaska. I did manage to loose all my layers in a 100mb psd file so will bin this for now.Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

This idea could make for an interesting challenge ... someone posts the original ... and everyone adds their bit to it.
I like your image idea HansBarb
