Love #2. Great sense of scale and the light is really beautiful. Love the roadway highlighted at the bottom. There's nothing to draw my eye out of the image. Look good on the wall.

I'm enjoying how the road leads the eye to the mountain in #2. (maybe there is a crop in there?)

If only the nicely lit cloud had been a bit lower - but we can't control Nature

Thanks Isac and Alan. I have a few shots from this area and these are a couple of my favourites.

Alan, Re the cloud - I continue to be amazed how I can miss things when taking a shot. All I had to do was zoom out a little or tilt the camera a little.

I agree with the others above ... #2 appeals to me as a serious contender for the lounge room wall > as a 24 to 30inch wide pano poster [in 2:1 format]
I have taken a liberty and fiddled with it ... hope this is okay with you

Love the road going to the volcanic plug. Took me back to some old travel books that had the tissue paper between the pictures. Yes I'm that old. lol
