Awesome. I have a little love affair with waterfalls myself. Especially ones you can swim under.

That first waterfall is spectacular.. I've never seen anything close to it in life.
It looks like a gorgeous area to wander through.
Forest images are challenging to get right with the low dappled light and the busyness of the setting.
Number 3 is my pick. The colours are nice and natural, the contrast is good and the composition is lovely with the river leads beautifully into the image.Last edited by Phoenix; 13-01-2016, 03:36 PM.

Beautiful spot and lovely images. I don't mind Alan's fix for #4 but the #1 for me.I Shoot A Canon

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

Thanks everyone. Thanks for fixing #4 Alan, sometimes I just don't notice things like that but don't know how I missed the off colour of the water. With the waterfall, if you mean that yellowish colour in the water - stronger at the top and bottom - it was there, something to do with tannin.

Cheers Gabby. What the eye 'sees' and what the camera records can be quite different.
I now see what you mean by the tannin in the water. A natural occurrence and hardly worth worrying about .......
But if you, (or I) were really fussy, you could selectively reduce the yellow saturation on those bits of water,
or not... let Nature be...
A wonderful photo the more I look at it. There is magic in water for sure

You seem to have got some more oomph out the colours too Alan. Nicely done.
