Sir Fredricks Range in the Gibson desert

Stunning views from the top of this range, very difficult access track but well worth the effort.

Different processing on the crop, slightly more aggressive and I'm not sure which I prefer, all comments welcome as always.

First image looks a bit dark to me after posting on the forum? Looks fine on my monitor when viewed large, still getting used to my new lappy *sigh*

I prefer #2 Mick. I like that I can see more detail in the background and I like the strong colours. I was watching a you tube tutorial yesterday and for depth in photos it recommended warmer colours in the foreground, cooler in the background which is what your photograph contains. #1 looks too underexposed on my screen, particularly in the foreground and certainly doesn't hold my attention for as long as #2.

Thanks Alan. I can't seem to get anywhere with my processing at the moment and results are all over the shop. I'll keep plodding along and eventually a penny will drop...hopefully.
