Aurora searching

Gave it another try early this morning as the sky looked clear.. it was, and almost clear of the aurora as well.

This shot was taken over the Forth Villiage and the faint glow over the hill on the horizon is all that was left of Australis at that time of the morning.

Just have to be lucky to pick the right time I guess and also have Mother Nature co-operate.
