  • moon under a southern cross

    made from two exposures; however the moon was where it is. I just used a better exposed moon

    That caught me - was expecting t see a constellation. Good composition.

      Me too and it is a good composition. With the blue tones of the rest of the image I think I would prefer the moon to be more white/less yellow.

        cheers pp and terry;

        it's ​sort of impossible to get the real southern cross and the moon together as far as I know

        the two files used..2 stops difference and unedited ........there are are lots of other snaps on the cutting floor and couple more to post later
