  • Tantangara Dam

We did a 400+ klm ride on Sunday to Currango Homestead near Tantangara Dam (off the Snowy Mountains Highway).
This view is looking northerly from the causeway along Port Phillip Trail. The causeway is closed if the water level is 24% or higher, access would then have to be done via Tantangara Road.

Great sense of space captured here.
Especially like the tones and textures in that first image. You need to get your huband to face into the image! :-) Maybe photoshop him so he spins on the spot.

Haven't been there, not done that.

Some beautiful scenery Barb. I too am attracted by the textures and tones in #1. Would love to get down on the flat with an ultra wide.

                Thanks Jo
It's a beautiful, peaceful place ...... #1 would have to be my favourite too ........ hubby frequently bombs my photos, perhaps he will have to stay as the mystery man in my life

                Thanks Gabby

I would be a little worried about getting down flat .... hubby reckons he saw a large 'rat' duck under the causeway ...... lots of potential for some wonderful images if one had time
