    G'day Alan

Gawd - it looks a rerun of the ACT-Vic-Tassie bushfires of a couple of years back ... !
However as it isn't ... it's a great skyline you've put together there ~ I like the 's' curve that you have managed

    Well done
    Phil

What - no birds?? I always like dark silhouetted foregrounds against an orange sky, the line of mauve clouds separating the two adds an extra band of interest. Very nice, even without a bird in sight Alan.

If you hadn't specified I would have said it looks like a bushfire scene.

      Well captured.

Sorry but it doesn't quite work for me

The sky behind the first tree is distracting (maybe mute the colour to lighter grey to match the rest of the bottom half of sky). I find the orange (or perhaps it is the dark wispy clouds) too harsh.

Disclaimer: this is my opinion only and in no way reflects upon the views others have and on what I 'can't see' ....

Looking at other comments and knowing your talents has left me wondering if PS had a strong influence here?
Those clouds close to the ground do like smoke or something that I normally see higher in the skies around here, either way I still like looking at it, the colours and silhouette work for me.

          Cheers.

I was thinking..sheesh, when I see clouds on the skyline like that I never get good colours.
              PP worked a treat.
