Beautiful work Alan. A lovely light. Long focal length lenses are too often over-looked for macro type work like this.

I wonder what f4 would look like , rather than f6.3?

Good point - I'll have another look this afternoon - but the wind has come up now, so I think that has put paid to taking pics of these delicate things today.

(Flower photographers need to take wind shields as well as secateurs : )
