Thought with all the cloud cover it would be worth taking a detour through Maleny to get this pano. Unfortunately with all the humidity there was a lot of haze. Took a lot of experimenting with PP and this is the best I could manage.

Great view Gabby - yes, shame about the haze, but I think there is still a Post Card in there somewhere, just waiting to get out.
Layers with Multiply and Soft Light modes.
Lots of dodging and burning and some painting with a warm tone plus some colour/saturation changing.
Bit of selective Gaussian Blur (maybe too much - but I was going for a moody feel)
(I resisted the urge to add a bird )
Added canvas at the bottom and took some off the top. Might be a bit OTT - but Postcards can be a bit like that
Hope you don't mind - I was a bit bored this afternoon.
I used to go to the Maleny Folk Festival and these mountains always remind me of the great times I had there.

Don't mind at all Alan but my eyes are turning green. Thanks for explaining what you did. Think the only thing I've never done is the colour changing so might give it a go and see how I do. We are going back down there in the new year so think we might stay up there one night to get early morning and late afternoon shots.
