G'day all
The small town of Tambo is almost in the centre of Queensland - and like many other outback communities is really suffering at the moment from the extended drought
Cattle stations we are visiting are all downsizing their stockholdings - some by up to 75% and at a great economic loss
At the moment we're having several days on a cattle station along the Salvatore Rosa highway - well it's called a highway but in reality it's a bumpy dirt road once the bitumen finished about 20km out of Tambo. But along the way, I came across this wonderful place - I call it "One Tree Hill"
