Lovely photo Bill. Colours are beautiful. The sun is just right, sitting on the ocean which has good wave motion on the surface and nice detail in the foreground. Ticks all the boxes for me (except the horizon dipping to the left). Well done.

The light reflecting on the sand is very nice. I think both views of this scene are good and not sure which I would pick as a favourite. I do like the simplicity of the composition of your first post but like the foreground light in this one.
