Not as many interesting things in this as in your previous shots in this area. It's still a nice shot and had you posted this one first I'm sure I would have liked it more but now I find it is suffering by comparison.

I like this one for the simple nature of it. The light catching the smoke and the reflection off the rocks. I took quite a lot of shots that evening, as you've already noticed but they all have elements which I find attractive for different reasons.

Hope you all don't get bored with them, but I still havre more to share from that trip.

I agree with P Plates. There were many interesting things in the mid-ground of your previous posts, one in particular that I commented on. Having sea going to sky just isn't as interesting for the eye to appreciate, as in the right half of your image. You set the bar pretty high with your previous posts. Great shot neverthless in many respects.

Having all of the boats in the left half perhaps unbalances the composition. And get that horizon straight.

        I know, I'm hard to please ..........

My indecision is final, I think.

I'll take the comments as useful and helpful as far as compositon goes, but you've missed the boat on the horizon. I think you are a bit anal on this without consideriong other possibilities. The shot is looking up a coastline and in no part shows a horizon.

Thanks for putting me right Greg. Much appreciated. I'll try to be less anal in future.
