Different, not sure if it's just me?? but the water and the tops of the trees look over processed/ over sharpened?
Is this up/down stream from your other shot?

Appears that the rapids are starting from the left. I like this also - nice tones - but probably prefer the other.

I agree that the colours came out a little strange in this one. It was only processed in the 'Shadows/Highlight' adjustment as the lighting was uneven. Might have another crack at it sometime.

This shot is just downstream from the other which was taken the otherside of the small tree cluster with the green grassy bank in front of it on the left.
