  • Canberra's Old Parliament House ... now the Museum of Aust. Democracy (1 of 2)

    G'day all

A recent visit to Canberra and a half-day meander through the old building, gave me the opportunity to see what used to be 'behind the scenes' of Power

1)- a qwikkie of the building

    2)- fancy a fancy logo?

3)- the corridor down to the Prime Minister's suite of offices

4)- King's Hall - where official dignitaries were met with great ceremony

5)- the House of Reps chamber - with the traditional green furniture

6)- the Senate chamber - with the traditional red furniture

    As always, feedback welcome
    Phil

Wonderful place to visit Phil, full of history. Great photos and good story.

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.
