Hi Hans ... as Isac mentions, there is plenty of parking to the right of the photo + more space out of sight behind the pub
The thing that attracted me was the round turret sort of bit

Very unusual design Phil. I haven't seen anything like that round here. Hans, there's plenty of parking. It's a large area that runs parallel with Manilla Road, sort of like a slip road.

Interesting design but the square extension looks like a bit of an afterthought and the mixed, fairly dark colours of the bricks aren't very appealing to me. The blank windows give it a vacant sort of look. But all that said well spotted and nicely captured.
