G'day all
We're currently meandering around western Vic enjoying the many Silo Art-works located across the region. Of 30-or so listed on tourism brochures, we have / will be viewing about 25 of them over the 3-weeks or so that we're here.
These art works are often 20+ metres tall and can be 40-metres wide ... depending upon the number of 'tubes' that make up the silo. The level of art-work detail is often extraordinary - as shown here in some of the zoomed-in images below
1)- Colbinabbin Vic (stretching across 6-tubes)
The image at the centre
The driver ... can you see him in the previous image?
2)- Devonish Vic (Nurses in war-zones)
3)- Goorambat Vic (dedicated to the farmer and his Clydesdale horses)
4)- Katamatite (the history of the region)
and look at the fine detail within the portrait
(even the whites in the eye)
As always, feedback welcome
