  • Last time I was in Beechworth

    Good balance of brightness between sky and foreground and excellent light and colour. The top of the frame is not very interesting though and I think cropping to remove some of the sky to give a pano format would increase the impact of the image.

      Agree. Its an iPhone 7 photo so I had not really bothered to do much with it. There is a pretty nasty halo around the roof line of the building on the left as well. Maybe its a good image to have a play with.

      I hadn't noticed that halo. Some of the phones do an amazing job but they do introduce processing artifacts at times. It is still a very pleasing image.

    G'day mate

    Agree with Alan re- cropping the sky into a more pano-like format
    I like the colours in the foreground -- they might not be the usual, but they just have that 'interesting' look about them
