  • A New Oldie!

They're knocking out some old style, affordable and fun bikes over there in India. Bit small for me but all the same would be a fun blast on the weekend.

Beautiful photo and well presented with your fancy frame. I'm a fan of frames, they add a bit of difference. I like the EXIF displayed as well. Unfortunately the EXIF data is suppressed by our software (vBulletin). I had a ride on a Royal Enfield back in the 70's when I lived in Kalgoorlie. It was very different from my Honda 4/250. I recall they were first built around the early 1900s and used extensively during the war.

In time, you will probably come to the conclusion that I like to see what's hidden in the shadows on some (not all) photos and this one has some beautiful details hidden away - especially on the tyres and engine. TFS.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
Also, my memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Yes, Honda certainly changed the scene back in the seventies. Wow, four smooth cylinders and no leaks with brakes that worked
      Thanks.

I used to have a mate on the back carrying my guitar and amp to gigs. Those were the days!

Good stuff and great memories. I had several paddock bikes that I liked to ride occasionally on a sealed road until a certain constable informed me it would be in my interest to become licensed. Have been bikeless for a couple of years now but here’s the last we enjoyed touring on.

Back in the day YES! That looks nice and comfy. At my age now it's Shanks's Pony, the rocker recliner and the SUV.

Well shanks pony is probably the best thing for those our age Use it or lose it I guess. Not so long ago our kids asked if we had a death wish due to our motorcycle activities. I told them that we could always sit in the lounge room at home safely watching TV whilst waiting for a heart attack!

I walked in when the last quarter started and walked out with 4 minutes to go

I felt sad for the Blues, they worked very hard but I think their long injury list held them back a bit. Next year - perhaps. They also need a kicking coach - 1.6 in the last quarter, not good enough.
