G'day all
In the central Aus town of Alice Springs is the National Road Transport Hall of Fame, containing hundreds of vehicles, some in pristine new (but highly renovated) conditions... others rusty hulks beyond repair but still part of Aussie's transport history.
Here's a couple of them
1)- vintage 1913 Ford T-model with solid rubber tyres

2)- One of many long-haul trucks within the display / museum. The tag board at the front gives some details of its working life ... 6 yrs and 4-million kilometres criss-crossing Aus before it was retired from service

As always, feedback welcome
