I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

Ha ha - a good description of the 'train' ..... and the Beechcraft is a goodie too
    Phil
ps- do you know that WA's caravans-at-home laws are the harshest in Aus? ... you are not permitted to host family or visitors for more than 5 nights per year - they then must use a caravan park to stay any longer

Cheers Phil. I was not aware of the caravan "rule". Locations of caravans come under local government authority and they are all different, so it depends on what locality you want it parked I guess.

Good one! Whose train? Do you have to trim your side?
Planes seem to last better than cars, nothing like good safety inspections and proper design.

Thanks Hans. The trains are pair that border a friends house a few doors down, so I just get to see them as I walk past. The lady who lives there is handy with the trimmer, her hubby is not well and doesn't go outdoors a lot. The caravan owner is a very good friend.
I'm quite surprised at the age of some of the planes flying around. It's only an interest, one I've had since I was a boy. I like to get info of the planes I see flying over and there's a website that gives me all the live flight data and details of the planes. If I type the only the registration number (or tail number) in search:
https://flightaware.com/live/ this gives current flight status.
https://www.airport-data.com/aircraft/VH-PJL.html shows the details for the plane.

There must be other apps as well. I remember a fellow in the middle of nowhere looking at his iPad telling me there was a this plane on this heading the height and speed. I have also ordered a drone and in the specs I was reading it transmitted an identifier code. This is for big brother I suppose. Bit more learning before i can get some remote pictures on the place. That is the excuse for the purchase surveilance/safety equipment.

There's plenty of apps for tracking flights, so I just keep it simple with those 2. At least with a drone you'll be able to fly it on your property. Looking forward to seeing your efforts.
