Ha ha, Spain has been the only place so far. I am sure it is done here as well but it was rife there. -
Spain is the PP capital of the world. They love to to seek out the tourists for a quick snatch and grab. I had a friend lose his watch, wallet and camera and didn't know about it until the store keeper noticed - locked the door and called the police. The perp was a 12 year old girl.
