Nice and wide Kevin. Pretty well exposed as well, maybe a shadows boost to see what's in the building (if anything).

I lifted the shadows quite a bit,the light was terrible,I was at 4000 ISO at some stages.I noticed a gap in the fence,I`d like to go inside and see whats there.

You can use luminosity masks to selectively do the shadows adjustments. I've got an action which creates them in the Channels Palette. Let me know if you want it. You can also copy the layer with a mask (white), lift the shadows and the paint black on the mask where you don't want the lightened areas to show.
