Yes, Netherlands is nice and flat too. I quite like the 'bike culture' in Europe watching the many variations go by. Particularly like to see them in winter when some ride with sticking tape across their mouths to stop their lips freezing together!

That was the sort of weather that caused my parents to choose Australia to come to instead of Canada. Dad being a club champion pushbike rider.

My father was a great cyclist and competed in road races and velodrome. He rode the famous Malvern Star back in the day. Just a bit of trivia.
