These are from the old Port Curtis Dairy which stopped production in the 70s, so I'm surprised it hasn't been demolished yet.

Nice work, but the standout for me is #1. Very effective composition. I like the layers you have shown - the sky, the roof, the walls and the foreground, and the way it is framed at the edges.

My only suggestion would be to tweek it up a bit. Contrast - especially the white end - and maybe the saturation. Overall looks a bit flat, and the light did not give you much to work with, so it needs a bit of work to compensate.

Lots of interesting angles Gabby. Agree that it needs a bit of a lift but you've certainly captured the original form of the building prior to demolition.

I often get told to add more contrast. I've had a go - hopefully better. I always think I've added enough as I guess I know what the original looked like.

To me the edit is heaps better, I see far more detail on the facing surfaces...
Interesting dark texture on the bottom walls/brick, rusty window frames and broken glass...boarded up doors...great find.

You'd have to be careful with 10mm ƒ/lenght that ya don't include your feet as well...

Thanks Gaz. Yep it's wide, frustratingly so at times, especially if I don't check the outer edges before clicking the shutter.
