Great set of shots Michael. We were in China in the early 80s and again in 2011 and the changes were dramatic. What astounded me were the number of fast food outlets in the large cities, particularly KFC. Remember sitting in a sidewalk bar people watching in Shanghai and I think there was a KFC on every corner and a large line outside Pizza Hut mid block.Comment
