You have no idea .... that's okay as it poses to us the query as to 'wot was the surfboard fella doing crossing the road?'
Well - his surf board was actually fitted with tiny wheels so that the board will run along the tram trax and the rope thingy is to attach the board to the back of the tram. Then he can easily practice his hip-swaying, belly dancing techniques
