I love that image K1W1, very atmospheric. Having lived in Emerald for 15 years it brings back memories of the constant damp, even in summer.

I also like the image. Not sure about the dark band along the top though, is that how it was or did you add it in post ?

I took the photo on 15 December which I believe is officially summer.

I forgive your lack of imagination as I enjoyed the photograph. It is amazing that you can see similar scenes in Aus thousands of km away from there.

Liking the image because it's different. Nice framing and good panorama shape. Not your usual "Summer" shot but appealing none the less.
