  • Gibson Steps

    Yeah yeah, we've all seen this shot before by many many tourists, photographers and great ocean road advertising

    My first time down there, I actually did not think you could get down there for this shot (I thought this too was apart of that penguin gate that was under lock and key) how wrong was I

    anyways, so I get down there, it's just before Noon and the sun is creating shade I did not want in the image -- A few minutes wait for the sun to pop back in behind the clouds and away I went...the shade left me with a rather flat image when in colour, wasn't 100% happy with it




    in steps Silver Efex -- I'm a little bit happier now

    The downside of travelling anywhere is that you are so often in the right place at the wrong time. I don't mind the colour but I do like the B&W conversion.

      dont mind both of these but the B/w seems to really suit it, so is my fav of these.
